A Forest Bathing Journey with Meditation, Breathwork & Cacao at Minsteracres Retreat Centre.

Step softly into the woodland and return to yourself. Join Laura of Oak & Air, Certified Nature Therapy Guide and Breathwork Practitioner, for a gently held, nature-immersive experience designed to support your wellbeing. 

This is an invitation to slow your pace, soften your gaze, and remember your place within the living world. Held within the peaceful grounds of Minsteracres Retreat Centre, our journey unfolds through semi-ancient woodland. 

With spacious guidance and moments of quiet reflection, you’ll be encouraged to awaken your senses — noticing light through leaves, birdsong overhead, the earth steady beneath your feet. As we wander, we’ll pause for simple breathwork practices to regulate the nervous system and deepen your connection to the present moment. Forest bathing is not a hike, nor a destination to reach. It is a mindful meander — an opportunity to attune to nature’s rhythms and, in doing so, restore your own.

Towards the close of our time together, we’ll gather in stillness for a guided nature meditation, followed by a cup of ceremonial cacao. This gentle ritual invites warmth, presence and a quiet opening of the senses, bringing our shared experience to a grounded and nourishing close.
